I wouldn't recommend taking any of these, you will miss the stats when you're maxed out. Only perk I'll recommend is Golden Tongue, but only if you play on hardcore mode with slower learning negative perk (I forgot it's name). And pick it after level 14 of strength, because you will have "low stats" on the best weapons from game.

An agile character not only moves faster, but is also better at evading strikes, can skilfully wield more sophisticated weapons, such as sabres, and is more skilled at archery.A few lines have mutualy exclusive perks where you can only pick one of the two or one of several. If you exclude the perks that get locked out by picking one of the others you still are only short 1-2 perks points by 20. So basically look at the line and decide which perk looks the least useful and assume thats the only one you wont get eventualy.
